About Our Products:
Q What ingredients do you use in your soap?
A All our soaps are handmade using high quality soap bases, essential oils, mica powders and extra ingredients.
Q Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
A Yes & No, Only products marked for sensitive skin can be used on sensitive skin, However, everyone's skin is different, so we recommend patch-testing first.
Q Are your soaps vegan?
A Most of our soaps are vegan. Any product containing animal derived ingredients (e.g., honey, milk) is clearly labelled.
Q Do you use artificial fragrances or colours?
A No. We use natural essential oils and Mica powders.
Q Are your products eco-freindly?
A Yes & No, we try our best to be as eco-freindly as possible in our business or making products. We use minimal plastics or other harmful things as possible.
Usage & Care
Q How long does a bar of soap last?
A Typically 2-3 weeks with daily use. Keeping your soap dry between uses will extend its life.
Q How should I store my soap?
A Use a draining soap dish and keep it away from standing water. For unused bars, store them in a cool, dry place, in their original packaging.
Q Can I use your soap on my face?
A Many customers do. Our soap bars are gentle, but facial skin varies, so choose a bar suited for your skin type.

Q Do you offer gift sets or custom hampers?
A Yes. We can create custom gift sets for birthdays, weddings, corporate gifts and more. (TAC's Apply, Prices are subject to change)
Q Do you sell gift cards?
A Yes. We offer digital gift cards.
Q What payment methods do you accept?
A We accept cash, card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and contactless payments in-store. We accept card online.

Q Do you offer delivery?
A Yes. We ship across Ireland & England. Delivery options appear at checkout.
Q Can I collect my order in store?
A Absolutely. You can collect from our shop at 71 Harbour Street, Mountmellick, Co. Laois, Ireland. R32F343.
Q How long will my order take to arrive?
A Orders are usually dispatched within 1-4 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location.

Q Do you offer free refills or packaging free options?
A No & No. We want to implement an option to offer refills, and sadly due to our production process and safety we do not offer packaging free options.
Q Do you offer loyalty rewards?
A Yes. Download the SumUp local app and connect your payment card, and use that to pay in store and you will automatically recieve your points. Only available if using card as your payment method.
